In September John and three of his good friends went on a week long "Dude's Cruise" to Mexico. This was his pre-birthday birthday present. They had a blast, but in turn we decided to keep his birthday pretty low key. I had school and he worked. I met him at home and surprised him with a few gifts and a chocolate cream pie. We had dinner at the Bombay house and went to a movie. All I gotta say is I love this guy :)

Terrible Blogger
So I officially suck at blogging. My camera has been having issues....therefore I have not used it and I have no new pictures to upload :(
My update since this spring is not too exciting. So I got into nursing school and have been trying to get ready to start on the 15th of August. They require an ridiculous amount of information from you!!(Drug tests, background checks, detailed immunization records, about 15 different documents read and signed, uniforms, stethoscope, shall I continue....) So my summer of being a bum did not happen!
I did get to see my brother, his wife, and kiddos for a little bit! I have sure missed them since they moved to Iowa. I have officially decided that its okay to not live in the same city, but you should definitely live in the same state as your family! Its too hard!
We have decided to move. We need to be around the point of the mountain... I can't drive 30 miles/45 min 6days a week! So probably around November we will be moving at least to Sandy, maybe Fr. Union. I am SOOOO excited about this move. I am sick of driving all day everyday!
Well.... there is my update. So exciting right? I am trying to enjoy my last two weeks before school officially starts. I've been reading, crocheting, and watching movies. I have been semi productive by going through my office and food storage to help take off some of the stress when we move while I'm still in school. Hopefully I will have more exciting updates to come!

Exciting news!
So.... I got accepted to nursing school!!!!! I am so relieved. I have been in limbo since January not knowing what I will be doing this fall. Well now I know I will have no life, but I am very happy to be accepted and be able to get started. I will attend the University of Utah this fall, and I will graduate May 2014 as a Registered nurse. so.... probably not much blogging coming your way. Thanks for all the love and support of friends and family! It is appreciated very much!

Reading, Reading, Reading
So I have had a little break from my hectic life of school and work. I had Christmas break and then my spring semester is pretty relaxed. In this time I have been taking full advantage of my free time! I have been able to read books.... FOR FUN!
I LOVE LOVE LOVED this series! I can't wait for the movie to come out :) I think I read all three of these books in a couple of weeks( that is incredibly fast for me!)
So funny story with this book. I was in Grand Junction, CO for a weekend with my grandpa. On a particularly slow afternoon my Mom, Sister, and I took a stroll down Main Street and found a second hand shop. We picked up a TON of books for about 25cents a piece. I love a good juicy love story so I of course picked up this book... I must say it was really funny! I totally loved it!
Finally per the request of my friend Vanessa I have started the Vampire academy books. I am just finishing up the first book... I must say the first half of the book was not so good, but the ending is looking up. And, from what I hear the books get better and better as you go(there are 6 books in the series!)
I have not just been a book worm but also a couch potato! I watched all three seasons of Vampire Diaries, and all four seasons of Gossip Girl. I love Netflix.... how ever did we survive with out it!
